★ ABOUT FLUXA FIRST
Fluxa First is a deep-tech venture studio for American sovereignty and industrial strength. We form and build companies with technical founders across aerospace, maritime, autonomy, energy, advanced manufacturing and dual-use defense.
WHY WE EXIST
Companies that make rockets, ships, power systems and factories move on longer timelines than software. They need people who will sit inside the business and help turn a breakthrough into a product, a customer and a company.
We started Fluxa First to do exactly that: build American hard-tech companies from day one, with capital and operators pulling in the same direction.
MISSION & APPROACH
Our mission is to turn deep technology into durable American companies that strengthen the nation’s ability to design, make and defend on its own terms.
The studio model
We co-create companies instead of only funding them. Our partners work as operators on product, go-to-market, hiring and fundraising.
Phased engagement
Every engagement starts with a structured early phase that tests the technology, the buyer and the business case before we commit to building.
Build together
Founders keep the vision. We bring the commercial machinery, aligned capital and a network across industry and government to reach first revenue and scale.
WHY AMERICA, WHY NOW
Supply chains are coming home, and the nation is rethinking how it builds, powers and protects itself. The founders who build here now will shape that future.
★ Production capacity is moving back onto American soil
★ Defense and commercial needs increasingly share the same technology
★ Energy and grid resilience have become strategic priorities
★ Autonomy is changing work at sea, in the air and in the factory
★ Florida’s Space Coast sits at the meeting point of aerospace and maritime
THE TEAM
Our partners have served the country, built and sold companies, and taken products to enterprise customers.
